The NX-300 recives automaticaly NAVTEX messages (broadcasting telex sistem around the World's coast). The broadcasting stations trasmit messages about weather, security and dangers every 4 hours. The NX-300 receiver works with 518 KHz of frequency, up to 200-400 miles from the coast. Every message is shown on a LCD 4.5" display (no papier is required). The radio station can be automatically setted. The NX-300 receiver can be connected to a GPS/DGPS. It provides a waterproof display and antenna, easy to be installed on the flybridge or near the charting table.
